Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, accredited with PCTIA, is chef owned and operated, free of management restrictions. The Academy offers curricula designed from the student’s perspective.  Our programs are affordable, practical and condensed without fillers.  We offer diploma programs in:

• Professional Culinary
• Professional Pastry & Bread Making
• One Year Professional Culinary & Pastry/Bread with 12 week Industry Practicum
• Practicum (pre-requisite required)
