It’s a Different Site

This project was undertaken to provide a little general assistance to people who are considering the restaurant industry as their next career. Most of the best jobs in this industry are either in the chef or management areas. Entry-level chefs can often get started without having to spend too many years in school, while hospitality management jobs typically require a four-year university degree. Cooking students will study food safety, nutrition, cooking techniques, baking, pastry making, beverages, Le Cordon Bleu and kitchen management. Restaurant management students will take many general studies classes, business core classes and some courses specifically related to the hospitality business.
